Our aims:
CSR Brochures
Since hosting 7 Olympic and 6 Paralympic events in 2012, we have taken the opportunity to ensure that we leave a lasting legacy for London and the community as the leading events venue in Europe; bringing long term economic benefit and enhancing London's reputation in the market place.
We continue to invest in our venue and infrastructure which allows us to evolve the business and have a positive effect on the community in which we operate. We strive to be a good neighbour and play an active role in helping to make Newham a better place to live, work and stay.

Transport
We have unrivalled transport links at ExCeL. The very nature of events is that people have to travel to get to them. So we are aware that this has an environmental impact. However, the public transport infrastructure and future plans such as Crossrail, mean that ExCeL is one of the best connected venues in the world.
In fact, over 80% of our visitors come by public transport. The other benefit of our location is that London City Airport is only 5 minutes and also has a DLR link. To encourage visitors to come by public transport we work very closely with London Underground and Docklands Light Railway to increase the frequency of trains running to the venue and ensure that our customers have the best journey possible.
ISO20121 & ISO14001
In December 2012 ExCeL London was granted third party certification for both ISO14001 and ISO20121. ExCeL will continue to manage its impact register against set targets so that it shows continuous improvements against its objectives.
